Our in-house design department is equipped with modern 3-D software tools like ´AUTO CAD´, ´GEAR - PRO´. We use best Statistical Software like - ´MINITAB´ to analyze our production with the pre defined quality standards.

We have full designing strength to design any type of Speed Reduction Gear Box depending upon its application, Customized Gear Couplings and design of complex Gears, Worm Shafts, Worm Wheels etc.

Machining Facilities

Our machining facilities are world class and comparable to the best in the industry. Our Machine Shop mainly boast of high quality and accurate German & Japanese Machines. We only purchase the raw material from highly reliable external sources and dispatch the final finished product from our end. In-Between all the Machining process carried out at our end itself which enable us to have a tight control on the quality as well as on delivery schedules. No matter whatever may be the complexity of the product we are confident to manufacture it accurately and precisely with the help of our R&D Department.

Our Test lab is fully equipped with necessary equipment, gauges and skilled people to accurately inspect each and every dimensional aspect of the products that we manufactured at our plant.

We have full flashed In-House Calibration facilities for Internal Calibration of most of the Inspection & Testing Instruments and Gauges we use in our production & inspection process.

We have excellent tie-ups with Government accredited laboratories and private NABL Certified Laboratories for chemical & mechanical testing of Steel and other materials.
